Job Description

Eastwick College Ramsey is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing (ADON). The position is full time; day, evening, and weekend availability is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

Collaborate and coordinate with the Corporate Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Programs in Ramsey campus.
Work with the director of nursing and faculty to design, develop and implement the Nursing Program courses.
Evaluate student learning outcomes and documents learning process.
Provide leadership and support to coordinate the delivery of clinical education.. Mentor new faculty, evaluate new faculty and existing faculty.
Work schedule may include teaching as well as administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse License
3+ years of practice in Nursing
2+ years of instructional experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum a master's degree in nursing
