Job Description
Eastwick College Ramsey is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing (ADON). The position is full time; day, evening, and weekend availability is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Corporate Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Programs in Ramsey campus.
- Work with the director of nursing and faculty to design, develop and implement the Nursing Program courses.
- Evaluate student learning outcomes and documents learning process.
- Provide leadership and support to coordinate the delivery of clinical education.. Mentor new faculty, evaluate new faculty and existing faculty.
- Work schedule may include teaching as well as administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse License
- 3+ years of practice in Nursing
- 2+ years of instructional experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum a master's degree in nursing
