Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain high standards of resident care and quality outcomes Manage staffing, scheduling, and professional development Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being Drive quality improvement and regulatory readiness initiatives

Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania RN license Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
