Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multi-disciplinary rehab programs across diverse clinical settings. You will oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams, driving high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance while optimizing caseloads, outcomes, and workflows. Partner closely with recruiters and facility leaders to match clinicians to the right settings, support onboarding and mentorship, and cultivate a clinician-first culture. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, rehab operations experience, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for empowering therapists and improving patient outcomes nationwide.
