A degree in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program required DOR Experience Preferred Current state license as a therapist Minimum 5 years of experience as a therapist, including 3+ years in a supervisory role Proven track record of leading therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting
