Assistant Director of Rehab Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (Assistant Director of Rehab)We are seeking a motivated and supportive Assistant Director of Rehab to help oversee daily therapy operations and ensure high-quality rehabilitative care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The Assistant Director will assist with staff coordination, workflow management, and clinical quality while supporting a positive and efficient department environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Support therapy staff with scheduling, workflow guidance, and clinical needs.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and providers to coordinate patient care.
• Help train, onboard, and support team members.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and ensure adnce to therapy standards.

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and support department operations.
