Supervise, coach, and support a team of therapy professionals. Coordinate therapy services to provide outstanding patient care. Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations. Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, physicians, and families. Manage scheduling, productivity, and clinical quality initiatives. Promote a positive, patient-centered culture. Qualifications Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but we welcome clinicians ready to take the next step. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
