Supervise, coach, and support a team of therapy professionals. Coordinate therapy services to provide outstanding patient care. Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations. Qualifications Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
