Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Prospect Park, PA | Full-Time Lead a High-Performing Therapy Team. Drive Clinical Excellence. Aventura at Prospect is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead its in-house therapy department. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed rehabilitation professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Physical Therapists (PT) and Occupational Therapists (OT) are preferred; however, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) are encouraged to apply. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will provide strategic and operational leadership while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and team success.
