Responsibilities Director of Rehabilitation :

Lead the rehabilitation department, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care. Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient independence and overall well-being. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination. Recruit, supervise, and mentor rehabilitation staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
