Director of Rehabilitation Job Summary At Heritage Place Care & Rehabilitation, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to serve as our Director of Rehabilitation in Winchester, TN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. Responsibilities Director of Rehabilitation :
Lead the rehabilitation department, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care. Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient independence and overall well-being. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination. Recruit, supervise, and mentor rehabilitation staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Monitor and manage department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise and drive innovation. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards of care. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
