Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for multidisciplinary rehab services (PT, OT, SLP, and allied health). Oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity while maintaining high clinical quality and patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation standards for rehabilitation services. Collaborate with recruiters to match clinicians to roles that align with skills, goals, and facility needs. Develop and implement clinical protocols, performance metrics, and quality-improvement initiatives. Coach, mentor, and evaluate therapy staff; support onboarding, training, and professional growth. Manage rehab budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across assigned programs. Foster a clinician-first, collaborative culture emphasizing integrity, communication, and patient-centered care. Build strong relationships with facility leadership and key stakeholders to support program growth. Analyze clinical and financial data to drive decision-making and report outcomes to leadership.
