Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multidisciplinary therapy teams across diverse clinical settings. In this leadership role, you'll oversee operations, staffing, and clinical quality for PT, OT, SLP, and allied health professionals, ensuring evidence-based care, regulatory compliance, and strong patient outcomes. You'll partner closely with recruiters and facility leaders to align clinician skills with assignments, support professional development, and drive a clinician-first culture grounded in integrity, collaboration, and responsive communication. Ideal candidates bring rehab leadership experience, strong organizational and coaching skills, and a passion for advancing patient care and team performance nationwide. Responsibilities Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for multidisciplinary rehab services (PT, OT, SLP, and allied health). Oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity while maintaining high clinical quality and patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and accreditation standards for rehabilitation services. Collaborate with recruiters to match clinicians to roles that align with skills, goals, and facility needs. Develop and implement clinical protocols, performance metrics, and quality-improvement initiatives. Coach, mentor, and evaluate therapy staff; support onboarding, training, and professional growth. Manage rehab budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across assigned programs. Foster a clinician-first, collaborative culture emphasizing integrity, communication, and patient-centered care. Build strong relationships with facility leadership and key stakeholders to support program growth. Analyze clinical and financial data to drive decision-making and report outcomes to leadership.
