In this role, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life's challenges and improve their overall well-being. Your expertise will support clients through crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, and family systems work, fostering positive change in a supportive environment. Duties Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement counseling interventions tailored to clients' needs, including motivational interviewing, crisis management, and trauma-informed care for conditions such as PTSD. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management, monitor patient progress, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Requirements Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (MSW), Counseling Psychology or related field from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or equivalent in the state of practice. Experience working with children, families, couples, or individuals with diverse backgrounds including developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Proficiency in clinical documentation standards, medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with

ICD-10/ICD-9

coding systems. Strong skills in crisis intervention, behavioral management techniques, and evidence-based counseling interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or psychodynamic therapy. Open to candidates who need to gain supervised clinical hours within a private practice setting.
