In this role, you will provide specialized therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on improving mental health, relationship dynamics, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based counseling interventions within a supportive clinical environment. Duties Conduct marriage and family therapy sessions to address relational and individual challenges. Provide mental health counseling tailored to clients' unique needs, including psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions. Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships. Develop and implement effective counseling interventions based on client assessments. Engage in ongoing clinical documentation to accurately record client progress, treatment plans, and session notes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive client care. Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards established by licensing boards and organizational policies. Skills Strong knowledge of marriage & family therapy principles and practices. Proficiency in mental health counseling techniques and psychotherapy modalities. Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration. Ability to conduct behavioral health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. Experience with counseling interventions tailored for individuals, couples, and families.
