Position Overview We are seeking an Associate Therapist (AMFT/APCC or ASW) who is registered with the BBS and eager to grow within a supportive group practice environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population , including: Adults Children and adolescents Couples Families You'll gain well-rounded clinical experience and the chance to develop your niche while receiving high-quality supervision. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians Participate in supervision and case consultation Build and manage a consistent caseload (referrals provided) What We're Looking For AMFT/ APCC or ASW Registered with the California BBS (required) Passion for working with a range of populations, including children Strong clinical intuition and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Alignment with a relational, client-centered approach to therapy Interest in long-term growth within a group practice Compensation & Benefits $44-$75 per clinical hour (based on experience) Clinical supervision that meets BBS requirements (included) Paid sick leave in accordance with California law 401(k) with 4% employer matching Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Supportive, collaborative team culture Why Join Peace and Purpose Therapy?
