Position Overview:
We are looking to hire a part-time Associate Therapist to join our practice. This position offers excellent flexibility, making it ideal for someone looking to build a caseload at their own pace. You will have dedicated access to our beautiful, fully furnished office space during the following times:
Mondays:
All day
Wednesdays & Fridays:
After 3:00
PM Saturdays & Sundays:
All day

Access to our office space, electronic health record (EHR) system, and billing support.
Compensation:
$30-$50/clinical hour depending on funding source and session length. Administrative time compensated at hourly rate or stipend as well.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, and treatment plans). Attend regular individual or group clinical supervision meetings. Manage client scheduling and communication professionally. Build and maintain caseload of at least 10-15 clients per week.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work. Active registration in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC. Strong ethical boundaries and familiarity with telehealth and in-person privacy laws. Ability to work independently while remaining open to clinical feedback.
Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
