Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Path, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Facilitate individual sessions as well as couple and family therapy sessions, addressing various relational and psychological challenges. Address a range of concerns, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, separation and divorce, and communication difficulties. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients in enhancing their mental well-being and improving familial relationships. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards. Participate in regular team meetings to review cases, collaborate on patient care strategies, and stay updated on the latest best practices in the field. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with diverse client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs. This role requires a keen understanding of family dynamics and communication styles, enabling you to support individuals through significant life transitions and crisis situations. Qualifications To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. Preferred Experience While recently licensed therapists are welcome to apply, we also value candidates with prior experience in: Providing therapy to couples and families dealing with complex relational issues. Utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver effective remote therapy sessions. Engaging with clients from a varied demographic background to address diverse mental health needs. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to foster comprehensive patient care. Compensation and Benefits In recognition of your skills and commitment to patient care, we offer a competitive compensation package ranging from

to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
