Part-time hourly or full-time salaried with benefits | Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. About the Role We're looking for a Behavior Consultant to support adult day programs across the Bay Area. You'll help programs meet California Regional Center requirements for behavioral consultation. This is a consultative role. Direct client therapy isn't required. Instead, you'll observe participants in their day program setting and interview staff, and use what you learn to write thoughtful, practical Behavior Intervention Plans. You'll also provide some staff training so the plans work in real life. What You'll Do Conduct observations and staff interviews at adult day program sites Write Behavior Intervention Plans that meet Regional Center requirements Provide staff training on behavior plans and support strategies Collaborate with day program teams to support participants' success What We're Looking For One of the following: A BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW, or A bachelor's degree plus 12 units of ABA coursework and at least 2 years of experience as an RBT Why You'll Like It Here Predictable schedule: Work happens at day program sites, so there are no last-minute cancellations or re-routes.

Daytime hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. That leaves your afternoons open, including for pediatric ABA work if you'd like.
