Full Job Description Job Overview:

ABA Therapist UDID Academy is seeking a compassionate and motivated ABA Therapist to join our team. This role involves working directly with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ABA Therapist plays a vital part in helping clients reach developmental milestones and enhance their quality of life through individualized support. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans Implement ABA-based therapy techniques to support clients in meeting targeted goals Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent and holistic care Maintain thorough and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes Use appropriate medical and behavioral health terminology to document and communicate effectively Educate and coach families on strategies for promoting positive behaviors in home and community settings Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data and ongoing evaluations Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred Background in special education, psychology, behavioral health, or a related field Familiarity with ABA strategies, patient assessments, and professional documentation standards Empathetic, patient, and skilled in working with diverse abilities and needs CPR certification or the ability to obtain a CPR card shortly after employment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function as part of a collaborative team Must be open to possible weekend shifts Join Our Team Be part of a mission-driven organization that is changing lives through inclusive, adaptive support.
