Personal Assistant Needed for a 21-Year-Old Woman with Down Syndrome We are looking for a caring, patient, energetic, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support a 21-year-old young woman with Down syndrome in her daily activities and personal development. The assistant will accompany and encourage her to participate in activities such as cooking, music and art classes, going to the gym and park, and practicing reading, writing, and communication skills. One of the main goals is to help her improve her verbal communication, express herself more confidently, and develop stronger social skills. We are looking for someone who can make her activities fun, engaging, positive, and enjoyable , while providing encouragement, motivation, emotional support, and opportunities to build confidence, independence, and new skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, friendly, compassionate, and proactive, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping her learn, socialize, and enjoy new experiences. Reliable transportation is required to take her to and from her scheduled activities and community outings. Our goal is to find someone who will not only assist her but also motivate her, celebrate her achievements, and help make every day a happy, meaningful, and enriching experience.
