Position Overview MyArk Services is seeking dedicated and energetic ABA Technicians / Behavior Technicians to provide part-time in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about behavioral health, child development, psychology, mental health, or anyone looking to start a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We offer RBT training and ongoing support to help you grow into a skilled, confident, and credentialed Registered Behavior Technician for those who are interested in growing within the ABA Field! Responsibilities Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism Implement treatment plans and behavior interventions designed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect data during sessions to track progress Communicate effectively with your supervising BCBA and care team Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
Team Support:
You will be assigned a supervising BCBA who provides ongoing coaching, feedback, session guidance, and training 1:1 direct therapy Play-based and skills-based learning Behavior reduction and replacement strategies Parent communication as needed
Technology:
Simple electronic data collection systems (training provided) Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and play on the floor with children Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed Ability to move around actively during sessions What We Offer Competitive pay: $23-$26 per hour (DOE) Supportive leadership team that values staff well-being Positive, inclusive company culture Opportunities for professional growth within ABA therapy Flexible part-time schedule Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families Qualifications Passion for helping children and families Interest in ABA therapy, behavioral health, mental health, education, psychology, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work weekday evenings (3pm-8pm preferred) Ability to commit to up to 20 hours per week Comfortable working in in-home environments Reliable transportation Ability to pass all required background checks Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, mental health, or education is helpful but not required.
Schedule Evenings:
3pm-7pm (Weekday evenings) and/or Saturdays/Sundays when if necessary
Part-time:
10-20 hours/week Compensation $23-$26 per hour , depending on related experience and credentials. Apply Today!
