Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Clinical Team as an Associate Therapist under our Clinical Director's supervision, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse population of youth ranging from 6-17 years of age. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in outpatient and inpatient settings, utilizing a broad range of therapeutic modalities to support our youth. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage in clinical assessments, and contribute to meaningful treatment plans that foster recovery and resilience. We have Title 22 facilities dedicated to providing mental health supportive services to youth, including foster youth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including intake evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions focused on mental health counseling, grief, addiction, PTSD, and gender issues. Use crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies to ensure client safety. Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations; using appropriate clinical terminology. Engage in case management activities including CFT's, patient assessment, social work interventions, and coordination of services for clients in outpatient or inpatient settings. Collaborate with medical professionals when applicable; support patients through behavior management. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling psychology, or a related field from an accredited program. Valid certification as an Associate Therapist or equivalent (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT), with eligibility for licensure if not yet licensed. Proven experience working with children and youth from ages 6 - 17 or in outpatient or inpatient settings Strong knowledge of behavioral health modalities such as social work principles, psychopharmacology basics and medical records management. Open availability for 7 days per week, weekends may be rotated between team members. Additional Requirements per Title 22: Must be
AT LEAST 21
years of age. Must be able to pass background check; criminal and health. Valid CA driver's license, transporting of clients is required. Open availability 7 days per week, including holidays and weekends. CPR and Frist Aid CPI certification - must be able to obtain it upon hire

From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 45.0 per week
