Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care practices. Strong technical proficiency and comfort with utilizing virtual therapy platforms and telehealth tools. Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, essential for effective therapy delivery.
