Assure Behavioral Services provides evidence-based behavioral health services to clients throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care using current best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) develop and supervise individualized treatment programs implemented by Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Services may be provided in clients' homes, schools, clinics, or community settings, depending on each client's needs. We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. In this role, you will provide direct one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a BCBA or other qualified clinical supervisor, you will implement individualized treatment programs designed to strengthen communication, social, behavioral, emotional, and daily living skills. Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one ABA services in accordance with each client's individualized treatment plan. Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and accurately record session data to measure client progress. Complete clear, accurate, and timely session documentation. Follow behavior support plans, clinical protocols, and guidance provided by the supervising clinical team. Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, caregivers, supervisors, and other team members. Share relevant observations with caregivers and the clinical team while directing clinical questions and recommendations to the appropriate supervisor. Attend scheduled sessions consistently and arrive prepared and on time. Maintain a safe, organized, and appropriate treatment environment. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, team meetings, and performance feedback. Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Promptly report clinical, safety, scheduling, or documentation concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
