Job Description

Licensed Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psy.

D or Psychologist) Adolescent Girls Intensive Residential Treatment Program Wellspring is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our adolescent behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to our population of adolescents. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy. The Therapist will play a vital role in supporting clients and collaborating with the clinical team, while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Experience with specialized areas such as disordered eating, autism spectrum disorders, and borderline personality disorders is highly valued.
Who we are:
The adolescent girls who come to Wellspring typically present with issues that stem from, but are not limited to: victimization, anxiety disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, adoption issues and substance use in partial remission. Interest and experience with these issues and family systems is desired. In addition, experience with specialized areas such as disordered eating, autism spectrum disorders, and borderline personality disorders is highly valued.
Experience:
Proven experience in mental health counseling or clinical social work within residential setting Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, and trauma-focused interventions Experience working with diverse populations including children & family counseling Telehealth experience is preferred; candidates should be comfortable delivering remote therapy sessions using secure platforms. Ability to handle crisis situations effectively while maintaining professional ethical guidelines in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

$75,000 - $80,000 annually for full time $36.00 - $39.00 per hour for part time

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
