Our Positions We are hiring both part-time and full-time clinicians (weekly session expectations are flexible, with a minimum of 15 sessions/week for our part-time positions). These are W-2 employee, fee-for-service positions, so you receive the protections that come with employment. We're looking for team members who are adaptable, dependable, and resourceful. This role suits clinicians who want independence along with a strong professional support system. We also welcome provisionally or newly licensed clinicians who want high-quality clinical supervision within a collaborative team. Hours are flexible but include two evenings of choice or one evening and one weekend day for FT positions and one evening of choice or one weekend day for PT positions.

These are hybrid positions:

in-office sessions plus telehealth. We will, however, consider a fully telehealth position for the right fit. Our Office and Support Our newly purchased Glastonbury office offers a safe, private, and welcoming space for staff and clients. Our office sits on the edge of the Putnam Bridge Walking Path, and our grounds include seating areas for Walk-and-Talk Therapy. We have plenty of free parking and are easily accessible from Rt 9, Rt 91 and Rt 2. We handle the business side so you can focus on clinical work and professional growth.
