PM Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team for a Saturday Social Skills Group . The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and promoting meaningful behavior change through evidence-based intervention. This role involves direct client support, data collection, and collaboration with clinical supervisors to help clients build functional and social skills in a structured group setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in center-based, home, and community settings Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Facilitate and support a Saturday social skills group from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Collect, record, and graph data on client progress Complete accurate and timely treatment notes Adhere strictly to BACB ethical guidelines and professional standards Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Motivate and encourage clients while maintaining a positive, professional environment Assist with light clerical or administrative duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong interest in working with children with Autism and developmental disorders Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback from supervisors Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
