Newark, Delaware Hybrid Schedule:

3 Days In-Person / 2 Days Hybrid Tranquility Wellness LLC is seeking an experienced, and motivated clinical supervisor to join our growing mental health practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing therapy but is also ready to take on a meaningful supervision and leadership role. The Clinical Supervisor will maintain a smaller caseload while providing clinical and administrative supervision. We are looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but also innovative, approachable, organized, and excited about helping a growing practice continue to evolve. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership & Supervision Provide guidance regarding complex clinical cases, treatment planning, documentation, ethical concerns, and appropriate levels of care. Support clinicians in responding to clients experiencing suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, psychiatric instability, or other high-risk clinical concerns. Assist with crisis situations and mental health emergencies occurring within the office . Review clinical documentation and support compliance with documentation and treatment-planning expectations. Promote clinical accountability while maintaining a supportive and collaborative supervisory environment. Identify opportunities for clinician development and provide coaching, feedback, and additional training when needed. Clinical Caseload Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 15-18 clients. Provide individual psychotherapy within the clinician's scope of practice. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, providers, and community resources when clinically appropriate. Staff Development & Practice Operations Conduct bi-monthly staff meetings . Assist with developing and facilitating staff trainings. Participate in the onboarding and training of new clinicians Help ensure new clinicians understand Tranquility Wellness policies, clinical expectations, documentation standards, and practice procedures. Collaborate with ownership and administrative leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen clinical operations and the overall employee experience. Growth, Innovation & Community Partnerships The ideal candidate will bring new ideas and creativity t o the leadership team and will be willing to help develop programs, strengthen community relationships, and identify partnerships that expand the reach and reputation of Tranquility Wellness.

This may include:

Developing new clinical programs and services. Identifying opportunities for community partnerships. Representing Tranquility Wellness in the community. Supporting outreach initiatives. Helping develop innovative ways to improve client and employee engagement. Collaborating with leadership on initiatives that support the continued growth of the Tranquility Wellness brand.

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Current Delaware LMSW, LCSW, LPCMH or LAMCH Required. Clinical experience providing behavioral health services. Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ethical standards. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback while building positive relationships with clinicians. Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative leadership team.

Preferred:

Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience. Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting. Experience managing crisis situations and higher-acuity behavioral health concerns. Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring behavioral health professionals. Interest in program development, community engagement, and organizational growth. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
