We are a Joint Commission accredited, DCF-licensed organization operating a full continuum of care (detox, residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient) across four Florida sites. This is an established program, not a startup. You are not left on an island. Daily team meetings, weekly supervision, and medical and psychiatric staff on site. We train you on compliance. You do not need to know DCF 65D-30 or Joint Commission standards walking in; we teach documentation the right way in our EHR (KIPU). What you'll do Complete biopsychosocial assessments and master treatment plans within required timeframes Provide individual therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders Facilitate daily PHP groups using evidence-based curriculum (CBT, DBT skills, relapse prevention, motivational interviewing) Coordinate care with medical and psychiatric staff, families, and referral sources Document accurately and on time; attend daily team meetings and weekly supervision What you bring Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field (required) Florida registered intern status (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) or full licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT);
