Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated therapist, substance Abuse counselor Clinical Social Worker (to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health, substance abuse services to dual diagnosis IOP groups, individuals and families, focusing on a holistic approach to treatment. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support patients in achieving their personal goals. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Run IOP program groups Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and behavioral therapy. Offer counseling services to families, addressing issues such as emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with
DSM V, ICD-10
standards. Facilitate support groups and workshops for clients and their families. Engage in ongoing research to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health care. Provide home community care services as needed, ensuring clients receive support in their natural environments. Experience A training from an accredited institution is required. Valid
MCAP/LMHC/LCSW
license is a benefit for practice. Experience working with children and families is highly desirable. Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is beneficial. Knowledge of family counseling techniques and home community care practices is preferred. Strong understanding of motivational interviewing techniques and behavioral therapy approaches is essential. Proficiency in research methodologies related to social work practices will be advantageous.
