A Better Therapy Inc. provides mental health and behavioral health services to clients in the Orange, Oceola, and Brevard County area. Our specialty is working with K-12 at-risk youth but can serve all ages in all areas of mental health disorders. We currently have positions open in Brevard County , specifically looking for services to be provided in the Melbourne area. We are looking for a School Based/Community therapist that can provide services in the client's school during the school day, home, community, or office based client preferability. Therapy is provided in person, however there is an ability to provide services via teletherapy in response to Covid-19 when deemed appropriate. This is not solely a telehealth position. (Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family, or Psychology) Applicant must pass a Level 2 background screening for AHCA. Applicant must be cleared by District Security with a Level 2 Background Check through the Jessica Lunsford Act We are looking for dedicated, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented Mental Health Therapist who are eager to help our community in this time of need. Applicant must be self-disciplined to manage their own caseloads and deadlines and be consistently punctual with submitting work. ABT is heavily focused on compliance, and clinically sound treatment, in all its service provision, documentation, and deadlines per governing insurance and Medicaid requirements. Position is "Fee-for-Service", Independently Contracted. Applicant must have dependable transportation, good communication skills, and be able to carry a 10-client case load minimum.
