Be Well Therapy + Consultation is growing and seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LISW, LMFT) to join our practice! As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to address mental health concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to address specific needs.
• Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies for managing symptoms.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Valid state licensure or certification in mental health related field.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and screening tools.
• Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive counseling services.
