Grow as a ClinicianLeader Opportunity to provide clinical supervision to support the development of future therapists (based on licensure). Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Active Iowa Licensure (LISW) Strong clinical judgement and ability to work with individuals with complex needs. Full-Time Make a real clinical impact beyond the therapy room, and have an influential voice in our interdisciplinary teams. We're looking for a Licensed Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient role.
