We're seeking a Group Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming and carry a small individual caseload. What You'll Do Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation. Carry as small individual caseload. Support crisis intervention and stabilization. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress. Complete documentation accurately and on time. What You'll Bring Active IL license: LSW, IMF or LAC (required). Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
