What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Facilitate engaging therapeutic and psychoeducational groups Support patients in developing healthy coping strategies and recovery goal What We're Looking For Licensed LMHC, LMHC-A, LCAC, LCAC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW or LSW Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field preferred Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or inpatient settings preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions Strong communication, relationship-building, and de-escalation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Why You'll Love Working Here Meaningful work that makes a lasting impact on patients and families Collaborative and supportive clinical team Opportunities for professional growth and development Mission-driven culture focused on healing, recovery, and hope
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
