We provide individual, family, and behavioral health counseling services to a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, with a variety of mental health and life concerns. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer therapist looking to grow your clinical skills, Life Strategies offers ongoing support, clinical supervision, professional development, and a collaborative team environment . Supervision is available for clinicians working toward independent licensure in Indiana. What You'll Do As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and families while developing individualized treatment goals and interventions.

Responsibilities include:

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on client needs Complete clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations within scope of practice Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Complete required assessments, progress notes, and other clinical documentation Collaborate with clients, families, referral sources, and other professionals Maintain a consistent client caseload and scheduled appointments Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice Qualifications Master's degree required in one of the following or a related field: Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Psychology Counseling Psychology Applied or Health Services Psychology Must hold an Indiana associate or clinical license/credential, including: LSW or LCSW LMHCA or LMHC LMFTA or LMFT Psy.
