Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to assessing and supporting elementary-aged and adolescent clients who are experiencing mental health and/or substance use related struggles, and providing therapeutic interventions for your clients in both individual and group settings. This position will spend about 60%

• 70% of their time providing counseling on sight within the North West Hendricks School Corporation's elementary schools, and 30
• 40% of their time providing counseling in our outpatient office in Pittsboro, IN.

We are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented, professional therapist who is licensed or is license-eligible (LSW, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC)Full-time team members receive 3 weeks PTO, 5 paid holidays, professional development assistance, and access to a 401(k), along with supervision towards licensure.

For the sake of our clients' accessibility, we require at least 2 middle/evening shifts per week for this position. The shift schedule will include 3 day shifts primarily in the school building (8:00am-4:30pm), and 2 middle shifts primarily at our outpatient office (12:00pm-8:30pm).The hiring timeline for this position is based on an expected start date of July 6th, 2026.
