3002576219-2 Apply for this job now Job Description LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you will complete diagnostic assessments, deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and create evidence-based treatment plans. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulate DSM-5 diagnoses Develop and update evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans Document all services in the electronic health record in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to coordinate care Provide risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention as needed Deliver services via both in-person and telehealth modalities, following clinical and regulatory standards Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings to support clinical quality Maintain licensure, continuing education, and adherence to ethical and legal standards Contribute to a patient-centered, inclusive, and mission-driven clinic culture Required Skills Clinical assessment Diagnostic interviewing (DSM-5) Individual psychotherapy Family therapy Group therapy facilitation Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Treatment planning Risk assessment and crisis intervention Outcome measurement and reporting Telehealth platforms
