Part-time/1099 Position About The Anxiety Center The Anxiety Center provides evidence-based care for anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, emotional dysregulation, and related conditions. We offer outpatient, intensive outpatient, and interventional psychiatric services designed to match patients with the right treatment, clinician, and level of care. Our clinical model emphasizes treatment fidelity, measurable outcomes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and active, skills-based care. We also believe clinicians should be able to focus their time on clinical work. Our therapists are supported by dedicated administrative, case-management, and operational teams that reduce the nonclinical burden associated with delivering intensive services. About the Role We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. This is a part-time clinical role designed for a therapist who enjoys working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, and related disorders and is interested in providing structured, evidence-based treatment without maintaining a traditional outpatient caseload. The therapist will primarily lead evening IOP programming, with an emphasis on exposure-based interventions, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). The clinician will work collaboratively with the IOP treatment team to help patients understand and confront anxiety-provoking situations while reducing avoidance, compulsions, reassurance seeking, and other maintaining behaviors. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about OCD and anxiety treatment and wants to develop or deepen their expertise in ERP and exposure-based care within a supportive, collaborative program. Clinical Responsibilities Facilitate evening IOP groups for individuals with OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions Deliver evidence-based interventions grounded in CBT and exposure-based treatment Facilitate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) exercises and support patients in developing and completing individualized exposure practices Help patients identify patterns of avoidance, compulsions, reassurance seeking, safety behaviors, and other behaviors that maintain anxiety Provide psychoeducation regarding OCD, anxiety, the anxiety cycle, and principles of exposure-based treatment Support patients in developing and working toward individualized treatment goals Participate in treatment planning and clinical coordination with the IOP treatment team Complete timely clinical documentation Monitor patient progress, clinical needs, and safety Communicate with other providers involved in patient care as appropriate What Makes This Role Different Evening-only clinical schedule No expectation to build or maintain a traditional outpatient caseload Work primarily with patients seeking treatment for OCD and anxiety Opportunity to provide ERP and exposure-based treatment in a structured IOP setting Established IOP programming and clinical support Collaborative multidisciplinary treatment environment Opportunity to deepen specialized experience in OCD and anxiety treatment Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in clinicians who have experience or strong interest in OCD and anxiety treatment and exposure-based interventions.

Required:
