Up to $68,000 based on experience and licensure $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Position Overview P3SG is recruiting for a Clinical Therapist to join a growing residential behavioral health team in Owensboro, Kentucky, serving an Adult Women's Residential Treatment Program . This position offers a highly manageable caseload of no more than 12 clients , allowing therapists to focus on delivering quality care and meaningful therapeutic interventions. Therapists will primarily work with mothers receiving residential treatment services and may provide family therapy when clinically appropriate . This is an in-person Residential Level of Care position. Clinical services must be delivered on-site as required by program regulations. This is not a hybrid, telehealth, or remote opportunity.

Please Read Before Applying 100% On-Site/In-Center Position No Telehealth No Remote Work Monday-Friday | Full-Time Daily commute to Owensboro, KY required Schedule & Caseload Manageable caseload with a maximum of 12 clients per therapist , regardless of level of care. Client population consists primarily of mothers, with opportunities to provide family therapy when clinically appropriate. On-call rotation every three weeks as part of a collaborative clinical team. Therapists work one late evening per week and may flex those hours within the same workweek to support work-life balance. Supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on quality care and positive patient outcomes.
