$70,000 About the Position Child Therapy Boston is seeking a full-time Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our growing team. This clinician will provide individual therapy and lead/co-lead therapeutic groups for children and adolescents. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children and adolescents, has strong experience with group therapy, and brings a creative, thoughtful approach to clinical work. The clinician will work across all three of our locations in Needham, Sudbury, and Belmont. Licensure Requirements Must hold an LCSW or be pre-LMHC Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of clinical experience working with both children and adolescents Strong, hands-on experience leading and/or co-leading therapeutic groups Experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents Experience working with children and families with a range of social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs Creative and flexible approach to treatment planning and clinical work Ability to develop engaging, thoughtful, and developmentally appropriate interventions Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills Experience working with children in settings such as camps, schools, after-school programs, arts programs, or other youth-focused environments is a plus Caseload 8-10 therapy groups 8-10 individual clients Group therapy is a significant component of this position, and the successful candidate should be comfortable taking on a substantial group caseload. Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents Plan and run/co-lead therapeutic groups Develop engaging and developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities and interventions Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in collaborative treatment planning Provide thoughtful, individualized care to children and families Supervision & Collaboration Meet regularly with interns to support group planning Participate in individual and group supervision Collaborate with interns and other members of the clinical team Participate in administrative and staff meetings as needed Practice Support In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role includes contributing to the overall functioning and growth of the practice.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with screening phone calls Supporting intake coordination Participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives Contributing to practice-wide administrative tasks as needed We are a collaborative, team-oriented practice, and all clinicians are expected to contribute to the administrative and operational needs that help ensure high-quality care and smooth practice functioning.

Pay:
$63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
