Job Overview We are a small and growing outpatient mental health practice looking to add outpatient mental health practitioners to our team. We are especially interested in adding pre-licensed mental health counselors. Our team values collaboration, clinical integrity, and creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians. What we offer Opportunities for W-2 fee for service full-time or part-time work, with flexible scheduling and options for in-person, telehealth, or hybrid work depending on clinician preference and client needs. High quality clinical supervision towards LMHC licensure if needed. Administrative support including marketing, credentialing, and insurance billing. A small practice with individual attention for growing therapists. Experience Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and actively pursing an LMHC license OR an independent license to practice in MA (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT or Ph.D) Proven experience in outpatient mental health settings with a strong background in clinical counseling.

Pay:

$45.00 - $70.00 per hour
