Overview Power of Hope is a specialized behavioral health program providing structured, evidence-based care for adolescents and teens through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Our team is committed to creating a supportive, trauma-informed environment where young people can stabilize, build skills, and move forward with confidence. Power of Hope is seeking a skilled, compassionate, organized, and clinically strong Primary Therapist to provide direct clinical services to adolescents participating in our behavioral health programming. The Primary Therapist is responsible for maintaining an active caseload of approximately 8-10 clients while providing individual therapy, group therapy, family engagement, case coordination, and clinical documentation. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, experience working with adolescents and teens, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced treatment environment. Responsibilities Facilitate daily therapeutic groups within PHP/IOP programming Provide weekly individual sessions for assigned clients. Participate in treatment planning, clinical documentation, intakes, and UR processes. Communicate with families, schools, and referral sources as appropriate. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Support crisis intervention and stabilization when needed.

Qualifications Required:

LCSW or LICSW Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Family Therapy, Psychology or related behavioral health field. Experience working with adolescents and teens in a behavioral health setting Strong group facilitation skills Knowledge of evidence-based practice for adolescents (CBT,DBT-informed skills, trauma informed care)

Preferred:

Experience in PHP, IOP, residential, or inpatient adolescent and teen settings Experience with crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment Skills Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to engage adolescents with diverse clinical presentation Organized, timely, and detail-oriented with documentation Team oriented with flexible and collaborative mindset. Skills in crisis management, social work principles, and case management practices. Pay:

$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
