Titus Counseling Associates is seeking a clinician who is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families in person at our North Attleboro office. We have a strong and consistent need for child and family services, particularly during after-school, evening, and weekend hours. This position is specifically intended for a clinician who wants to build and maintain a child- and family-focused caseload. This is not a virtual-only or primarily adult position. Limited telehealth may be incorporated when clinically appropriate, but the clinician must remain committed to providing regular in-person services to children and families. Position expectations The clinician hired for this role will be expected to: Maintain a caseload focused primarily on children, adolescents, and families Provide the majority of services in person at our North Attleboro office Offer at least 15 recurring client hours per week Provide consistent after-school, evening, and/or weekend availability Maintain agreed-upon in-office availability as the caseload develops Involve parents and caregivers appropriately in assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care Attend twice-monthly in-office group supervision and case consultation meetings Participate in individual supervision or consultation as required or clinically appropriate Contact newly assigned referrals promptly and communicate the outcome of outreach Complete progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and other required documentation accurately and on time Communicate reliably with the practice's clinical and administrative teams Applicants should only apply if they want child and family work to remain the central focus of their position. What we offer $55-$68 per clinical hour, based on licensure and experience Biweekly compensation A steady stream of child, adolescent, and family referrals Fully furnished, child-friendly office space Access to a dedicated family therapy room Medical billing and insurance credentialing support Referral and intake coordination Individual clinical supervision and consultation Twice-monthly group supervision and case consultation Support with community outreach and developing local referral relationships No-show and late-cancellation fee protection in accordance with practice/payor contract policy Flexible scheduling within the clinician's established office availability A friendly, collaborative, and non-corporate team environment Qualifications Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible to practice in Massachusetts as an: LMHC LICSW or LCSW Psychologist, PsyD, or PhD Other independently eligible behavioral health professional whose qualifications align with the position The ideal candidate will: Have experience or focused training in treating children, adolescents, and families Genuinely enjoy child and family work and intend to maintain that specialization Be comfortable providing ongoing in-person care Understand the importance of parent and caregiver involvement Be reliable, organized, responsive, and open to clinical feedback Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate appropriately with schools, pediatricians, and other providers when clinically indicated and properly authorized Have at least two years of postgraduate experience, preferred but not required Experience with play therapy, family therapy, parent consultation, behavioral interventions, trauma-informed treatment, neurodivergence, anxiety, emotional regulation, or school-related concerns is especially welcome.
