What you'll be doing You'll provide individual and group therapy to adults and adolescents, using evidence-based approaches to help clients move toward real, sustainable progress. You'll conduct assessments, build treatment plans that actually fit the person in front of you, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with a multidisciplinary team that's invested in whole-person care not just symptom management. Your documentation will be clean, your clinical judgment sharp, and your caseload supported, not siloed.
