As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our team. Whether your passion is working with children, adults, couples, or families, we strive to build a caseload that fits your clinical interests and strengths. Position Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide professional counseling services to clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Services may be provided in our Saranac office or through secure telehealth, allowing flexibility for both clinicians and clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy as appropriate. Work with children, adolescents, adults, and families based on your clinical interests and experience. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's needs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record. Collaborate with physicians, schools, case managers, and other community partners when appropriate. Participate in team meetings and maintain professional ethical standards. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated.

Qualifications Applicants should possess:

Current Michigan licensure (or license eligibility) as an LPC, LLPC, LMSW, LLMSW, LMFT, TLLP, LP, or another qualifying behavioral health license. Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills. A heart for serving individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Experience providing therapy to children and/or adults is preferred but not required.
