We are passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experience hope, healing, and growth in every stage of life. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our team. Whether your passion is working with children, adults, couples, or families, we strive to build a caseload that fits your clinical interests and strengths. Position Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide professional counseling services to clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Services may be provided in our Saranac office or through secure telehealth, allowing flexibility for both clinicians and clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy as appropriate. Work with children, adolescents, adults, and families based on your clinical interests and experience. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's needs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record. Collaborate with physicians, schools, case managers, and other community partners when appropriate. Participate in team meetings and maintain professional ethical standards. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated.
