Flexible Hours Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced therapist with a passion for working with couples and/or families to join our team at Journey to Clarity Counseling. Open to seeing individual clients as well. Therapists are asked to see minimum 13 clients per week. Evenings are required. Therapists provide one-on-one therapy to clients in their preferred demographic.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with a caseload of a minimum of 13 clients. Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive and integrated care. Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities. Open to supervising interns

Requirements:

Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work Current state licensure as a therapist (LMFT) Reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
