Job Description

Provides outpatient psychotherapy services to clinic patients and their families; maintains an independent caseload composed of a variety of behavioral health issues and psychiatric disorders; utilize a breadth of knowledge in psychotherapy to provide assessments and evidence-based interventions. Functions as part of an interdisciplinary team.

•This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. During the selection process, you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps. Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field. Two years supervised therapy experience in mental health including diagnostic assessment, individual, group and family therapy. Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance. Available to work one evening a week.

Preferred:

Clinical experience with the population to be served. (i.e. Eating Disorders, Senior Population, etc.)Basic computer skills. Demonstrates knowledge of age and developmental issues specific to the population treated.

Licensure or Certification:

Active MN license as a LP, LPCC, LPC, LMFT or LICSW.
